Four months have passed since the official relaunch of La Spa. Along with the name change guests have seen a number of other transformations. These range from a new logo, color palette and brand identity to a clearer business philosophy and quality improvements in service. Unlike many spas which focus on offers and promotions, La Spa concentrates on how to make a difference and enhance the spa experience through delivering superior customer service. The successful transformation to the new look spa has been done through continuous efforts, extensive research and creativity. For example, all essential oils and those used in body massage services are high quality traditional Vietnamese oils. We have perfected the massage ritual by creating a rhythmic twist. We have looked at every single element no matter how big or small to refine the quality of service which supports our mission statement “Feeling touched with every touch”.
