Once again the properties of the Elegance Hospitality Group (EHG) have made it into the ‘elite of the elite’ in the 2018 TripAdvisor awards. TripAdvisor is the world’s largest travel site, providing hotel and restaurant reviews as well as other travel and tourism information. With over 570 million listings, capturing up to 7.3 million operations the site is extremely influential, inspiring and helping people research and prepare for their trip. Thousands of reviews posted each day on the site are analyzed and grouped into the very best. Properties top in their hospitality field are selected and recognized according to certain criteria.
The travel site has just revealed the list of hotels honored in the Travelers’ Choice 2018 awards. Established in 2002, these awards are now in their 16th year. Winning properties are recognized for value, service, customer satisfaction and outstanding quality given to guests. The hotels have been chosen based on millions of reviews and opinions collated from travelers themselves during the past year. This year’s 2018 listing highlights a staggering 8,095 properties from 94 countries across eight regions against a wide range of categories. EHG is delighted and extremely proud to announce 14 awards have been given to four of the group’s hotels in five ‘top 25’ categories.

Top 25 hotels of the world – La Siesta Hotel & Spa honored at number 4 with La Siesta Trendy at number 10.
Top 25 hotels in Asia – recognizes three EHG properties. La Siesta Hotel & Spa at number 3, not far behind is La Siesta Trendy at number 5 and La Siesta (Hoi An) Resort & Spa at number 22.
Top 25 hotels in Vietnam– three EHG hotels have taken the coveted 1st, 2nd and 3rd places – La Siesta Hotel & Spa, La Siesta Trendy and La Siesta (Hoi An) Resort & Spa respectively
Top 25 romantic hotels in Vietnam – awards go to La Siesta Trendy in 6th place and La Siesta Hotel & Spa at number 11
Top 25 hotels for best service in Vietnam – honors go to La Siesta Hotel & Spa at number 6, E Central at number 7, followed by La Siesta Trendy at number 11 and La Siesta (Hoi An) Resort & Spa at number 14
